Such an amazing experience! :-) I very much enjoyed the 200h Yoga Teacher Training with with Shades of Yoga in October 2023 and gained ~ among so many other skills and insights ~ so much knowledge in asana alignment and how to teach safely. I am truly grateful that I was able to be part of the group. Even though I was not planning on teaching at all, I developed so much joy doing it. The small group size (we were 13) allowed for a truly safe space to grow and learn. Thanks a lot to Tracey and Helen for making this possible!:-)

I had only ever taken one yoga class in my life and we moved at a pace where I fully understand everything we were being taught. If you are new to yoga this is the perfect school for you! The class sizes are small, 16 students max, and you become very close with all the other students. I made the most beautiful friendships within the three weeks of Shades of Yoga YTT. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in beginning their yoga journey or anyone who has been doing yoga for years and would like to perfect their skills. Amazing training, teachers are fantastics, the Ubud energy, the place we stayed, food, shala we practiced is just a dream. I love the small class design of the course, it really helps us bond with each other and created this beautiful cozy journey. The class design is so amazing too we had the chance to experience the holy water temple. I am so happy that I get to met all these people from all over the world, and it is so wonderful that we are all connected by Yoga. I would highly recommend this course. And it has become a life long memory for me.

The biggest take away for me is that safety is the first priority for yoga asana practice. I didn’t care safety enough before I did this class. And the whole experience of meeting friends from all over the world here in this beautiful place Ubud. I would never get that if I did a yoga teacher training back home.
