Such an amazing experience! 🙂 I very much enjoyed the 200h Yoga Teacher Training with with Shades of Yoga in October 2023 and gained ~ among so many other skills and insights ~ so much knowledge in asana alignment and how to teach safely. I am truly grateful that I was able to be part of the group. Even though I was not planning on teaching at all, I developed so much joy doing it. The small group size (we were 13) allowed for a truly safe space to grow and learn. Thanks a lot to Tracey and Helen for making this possible!:-)

I had only ever taken one yoga class in my life and we moved at a pace where I fully understand everything we were being taught. If you are new to yoga this is the perfect school for you! The class sizes are small, 16 students max, and you become very close with all the other students. I made the most beautiful friendships within the three weeks of Shades of Yoga YTT. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in beginning their yoga journey or anyone who has been doing yoga for years and would like to perfect their skills. Having only ever taken one yoga course I am now confident enough to teach yoga back home. Thank you Shades of Yoga
Amazing training, teachers are fantastics, the Ubud energy, the place we stayed, food, shala we practiced is just a dream. The quality of this course has been perfect, I finally discovered how to practice yoga. My body feels stronger, my knowledges deeper, thanks to Helen and Tracy. Words cannot describe how special this course was. Going into it, I had no idea what to expect. I came out of this course with life long friends, Yoga teaching skills and life skills to guide me. The teachers are amazing and you can’t beat the food of Ubud. This is a special experience and I can’t recommend it enough!
An incredible experience, beyond the expectations I had. An incredible learning of yoga in its philosophy and physical practice, I leave confident in my ability to teach complete and qualitative yoga.
