Tracey Rohan-Irwin has an extensive background in fitness training and holistic living, having worked in the field of fitness and health since her early twenties. She began her career as a personal trainer for private and corporate clients. As she continued her own journey of personal growth through the study of yoga and other spiritual disciplines and exploring the connection between food and health, her work has continued to evolve.
She has traveled worldwide, seeking out the best teachers in all areas of fitness and health and brings a wealth of knowledge to her yoga teacher training’s.
Tracey has a Diploma in Exercise Science and Fitness Management, which she completed in Australia. Together with this, Tracey has Certificates of Completion from The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas and the Living Light Culinary Institute in California.
Tracey has completed a variety of courses focused on the science of plant-based nutrition that include intensive studies of the Macrobiotic, Ayurvedic and Raw Living Food traditions.
She has completed over 1000 hours of training and workshops with internationally renowned yoga teachers such as Louisa Sear, Simon Borg-Olivier, John Friend, Lance Schuler, Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, Gurmukh, Judith Lasater, Dhama Mittra, Nicki Knoff, David Life, Anna Forrest and David Swenson. She is fully trained in a variety of Hatha Yoga systems, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Yin and Restorative yoga, as well as Pre-Natal yoga and yoga therapy and injury prevention.
Tracey owned a commercial Yoga studio from 2002 – 2007 which she closed down in order to focus her energies on running destination yoga teacher trainings in beautiful locations around the world, such as Bali and Costa Rica. She offers the RYT 200 hour and RYT 300 hour internationally certified yoga teacher training courses.
She has completed a number of silent meditation retreats, and studied with and been inspired by leaders in the field of personal transformation such as Carolyn Myss, Eckhart Tolle, Don Miguel Ruiz, Louise Hay, Greg Braden and Wayne Dyer.
Tracey is a naturally gifted teacher and in her trainings she brings together her extensive knowledge of the body, her intuitive gift with delving deep through self-enquiry, nutritional guidance to support a vital and holistic yoga practice and many other elements to offer a dynamic and life transforming Yoga Teacher Training experience.
Tracey’s focus is on bridging the worlds between the physical and spiritual and making yoga accessible to people of all fitness levels and from all walks of life.
Restuning Sandini brings a wealth of knowledge from her years of yoga practice and training with international teachers around the world. She has been formally educated in Architecture Engineering and she has a Master of Science Degree in Urban Environmental Management from Wageningen University in The Netherlands. She also has a Masters Degree in English. She has previously worked in Kenya with the United Nations and in Amsterdam as an Urban Designer.
Having come from a cultural back ground of deep spirituality, she was drawn to the physical practice of yoga from a young age.
Teaching has always been her passion. She became the first Indonesian female PADI dive instructor in Bali.
Restuning has studied a variety of hatha Yoga traditions, some of these include: Ashtanga, Iyanga style, vinyasa flow, and yin.
Restuning has successfully completed three 200 hour RYT teacher training courses. She has also completed her 300 hour RYT Teacher Training.
Following her adventurous life, she moved to Timor-Leste to manage a dive center. There she incorporated teaching Yoga with deep breath work and free diving.
Restuning led the first Yoga and Ocean Adventure Retreat in Atauro Island and Jaco Island in Timor-Leste. Part of her responsibilities there was teaching specialized asana and pranayama for divers.
Jolie Manza is an International yoga teacher, dancer, and personal trainer with a passion for world travel. Growing up in Boulder, CO she had access to an incredible community who inspired her from a young age to follow her passion for movement arts. This culminated in a BFA in dance and movement studies from The University of Colorado.
Spending 8 years in NYC as a contemporary/modern dancer, and performer allowed her to study with a myriad of outstanding yoga teachers, deepening her studies in many different traditions of yoga including: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin and The Yoga Works Method all cementing her love for the practice. She ventured to Bali to receive her initial yoga certification under Yoga Works and fell in love with the rich culture and spirituality of the island, returning yearly, soon to call it home.
Teaching yoga quickly took over everything and she began to share her passion for it anywhere she landed. During her time in South East Asia she became certified in Thai massage and began the journey into surfing. She is the co-founder of Surfin2yoga Retreats as well as running Yoga Teacher Trainings and Continuing Education Programs in all the places that she loves the most.
Her yoga classes blend her love of creative sequencing, with her continued studies in anatomy, safe alignment, and yoga as a modality to heal. There is a major focus on core strength and body awareness as well as dipping into the more subtle aspects of the practice.
Off the mat you can find her teaching her love for anatomy, the ever evolving relationship with the breath and her journey with yoga philosophy, something that has brought incredible peace of mind and continued inspiration into her life.

Louisa is a world renowned yoga teacher, leading yoga teacher trainings, retreats and workshops around the globe
Louisa has dedicated her life to the practice and teaching of yoga and is passionate in guiding people to find their true nature and freedom through the application of yoga principles in their daily lives.
Louisa is the director of Shades of Yoga RYT 300 hour courses and is a primary teacher on some of Shades of Yoga 200 hour courses. Louisa has had a committed Yoga Sadhana practice for 35 years. She is also a qualified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant (Certificate IV).
Louisa Sear teaches the principles of Tantric Advaita philosophy and specializes in self inquiry, therapeutic yoga, Ayurvedic lifestyle, mindful vinyasa asana, pranayama and meditation. In her teaching, Louisa encourages the understanding and acceptance of life, finding the teacher within and acknowledging the Oneness in all.
Diana Azavedo developed an interest in Yoga while growing up in India, under the guidance of her mother, who was a spiritual teacher and yoga master. Having been raised in such an environment, Diana chose to pursue yoga as her life path. She nurtured this sense of enjoyment towards the physical practice and gravitated naturally to the more subtle aspects of Yoga.
Diana completed her RYT 200 hour teacher training in a variety of Hatha Yoga styles. Some of these to include Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga. Diana has also successfully completed her RYT 300 hour Yoga teacher training. Diana has spent many years teaching Yoga at one of Dubai’s top Yoga studios.
Her passion for travel and love for meeting people of different backgrounds prompted her to host worldwide Yoga teacher training courses.
She brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in the ancient tradition of yoga. She was endowed with Yoga Siromani by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Kerala, India.
