These Terms and Conditions apply to all trainees attending courses, retreats, or events organised by Shades of Yoga. By registering for a course, you agree to the following terms:
1. Insurances
All trainees attending our events must have their own travel and medical insurance for the duration of the training.
2. Accommodation
If you have booked a shared room and, as the course date approaches, we do not have another student to share with, you have the option to upgrade to a private room at our venue by paying the additional cost.
Alternatively, you may choose a private room in one of our partner accommodations without extra fee, all within a maximum 10-minute walk from the yoga Shala.
3. Payment Terms
- A $500 USD non-refundable deposit and administration fee is required upon application for all courses.
- Shades of Yoga cannot hold a place on any course or retreat without receiving at least the non-refundable deposit.
- The deposit is deducted from the total course cost, is non-refundable, but is fully transferable to another course for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The deposit only reserves your place; full payment of the course is required to access any course content.
- All payments collected for training fees are non-refundable within 6 months of the training start date. Shades of Yoga is not obligated to refund any payments collected within this 6-month period.
